We hereby confirm with full corporate responsibility under the penalty of perjury, that we the seller is ready, willing and able to sell the offered “AU” Gold Bars, according to the terms and conditions below:
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
COMMODITY: Gold Bar/Dust
FORM: Bars/Dust
FINENESS: 92.55% or better
ORIGIN: Ghana (West Africa)
QUANTITY: 20 Kilos
PRICE: $40,000 per kilogram
PAYMENT: CASH & CARRY
PROCEDURE:
1.Seller agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the (FCO)
2.Buyer must personally visit Ghana to see the whole 20 kilos of Gold Bars
3.Buyer Send his flight details to Seller for arrangement is done to pick him up from the Airport to his Hotel in Accra.
4.Buyer indicates to Seller proof of Funds in any of the banks in Ghana
5.Both parties agree that the goods will be taken to the Geological Refinery, Accra for assaying and testing.
6.After the testing at Geological refinery, both parties come out of the refinery for payment to Seller in cash and for handing over of the gold to Buyer.
